No, it does not take away from the rental time. The equipment is normally delivered 30 Min to an 1hr prior to the start of the event.

It is best to have a level surface with grass, however houses can be set up on concrete, pavement, sand, or mulched surfaces. The amount of room needed varies, but on average 20' by 20' space is large enough.
At least a 48 hours notice is required to cancel any rental. Once the deposit is paid there will be a $25 cancelation fee.
